Dr David Wishart David Wishart, author of Whisky Classified: Choosing Single Malts by Flavour, will introduce a different Highland Park malt whisky with each course at this gourmet, whisky-themed Scottish dinner on the eve of WhiskyFest NYC.

Please note that the menu (below) is currently provisional, being dependent upon the availability of fresh produce. The dinner is expected to cost $70 per person, to include all the Highland Park malt whiskies.
