The lunch should cost around £16 for three courses, as illustrated below. In fact this menu was proposed for the Wishart event by Michael O'Sullivan and will be used on the day,
subject to availability of seasonal ingredients. The price does not include drinks or coffee but both are available as extras. If you really want to splash out, we can warmly
recommend the lobster linguine which is prepared with fresh lobster (£6 supplement).
